1) Hammer Curls  3 x 16 reps

2) Concentration Curls 3 x 6 reps each arm

3) Deuserband Curls 3 x 16 reps 

4) Bench Dips 3 x 16 reps

5) Rear Tricep Extension with  3 x 8 reps each arm
